We offer Ongoing payment plan. You will be billed monthly on the same day of the month when you first place your subscription order. We are currently offering a one-year subscription. At the end of the year, the subscription will be canceled. However, we will be sure to remind you in advance about the opportunity to purchase a subscription for the following year.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email (to bloomeryaviv@gmail.com). The moment of cancellation will be considered the time the cancellation request is sent.
You can skip an individual delivery by contacting us via email. We understand that life happens, so we've made the subscription flexible to work with your or your recipient's schedule. Please, let us know that you want to skip the delivery 24 hours in advance.
You can email us to request any changes to your subscription. For example, if you want to change the delivery address, have us deliver your bouquet to someone else as a gift, or add warm wishes to the recipient with a card. Anything you want! Please, let us know about any changes 24 hours in advance.
Free delivery is available from Be'er Sheva to Haifa (You can view the delivery zone coverage map on the subscription checkout page). We can deliver your bouquet to other regions of Israel as well. Please, contact us to clarify the delivery cost.
You can absolutely give the gift of monthly flowers to anyone in your life, for any reason!
Don't worry. We will offer you the option to pay for an additional Friday bouquet at the same rate plan you selected (200 ils / 250 ils / 300 ils per bouquet), with free delivery as well.
